Program
The LifePoint Church Residency Program exists to identify, develop, and launch future ministry leaders.
A One-Year Leadership Development Experience
The Standard Residency is a one-year immersive program for young or emerging leaders discerning a long-term calling to full-time ministry.
Residents are embedded in the life of LifePoint and assigned to a specific ministry track, such as: Kids, Youth, Worship, Adult Ministries, Production, or other ministry environments.
You’ll serve under a staff leader, participate in real ministry leadership, and grow through intentional coaching and development.
What you'll experience
Ministry Training
Residents are fully integrated into a ministry team and entrusted with meaningful leadership responsibilities.
Leadership Development
We intentionally invest in your growth as a leader. Our goal is not just to train what you do, but shape who you are.
Spiritual Formation
Ministry flows from intimacy with Jesus. Throughout the residency, you’ll be encouraged to develop sustainable spiritual rhythms.
Vocational Discernment & Launch
The residency is also a season of clarity. Our desire is to help you take your next step with confidence.
Program Details
Duration: 1 year (flexible based on candidate)
Weekly Commitment: 10–25 hours per week
Compensation: Unpaid (may include housing or living expense reimbursement)
Flexibility: Residents may pursue full-time work or education alongside the program
Evaluation: Ongoing feedback and coaching throughout the year
